Cameras

Watching over the chickens is necessary.

On Tiger Mountain lost chickens to hawks and Lynx
We had Coyotes and owls and eagles and
many other predators.
I used to be a video cam consultant and loved it so I went overboard on cameras

Now that we are at Hidden Ridge, my camera use has expanded to IOT ESP32 cams and such.

We have 2 fixed cameras with large IR illuminators.

These cameras were very inexpensive since I assembled them myself.
Then we have two cameras inside the coop. a wide angle camera
mounted in the copula to watch the nests and at night to
insure that all the flock is inside before pressing
the close door button on the web page.

Then we also have two pan tilt cameras that spend
most of the time pointed at the chickens but which
have telephoto lenses and also can watch the property.
